With the passage of time, women often experience a range of emotions related to their changing appearance as they grow older. Despite the fact that some women may feel confident and beautiful at any age, others may struggle with feelings of sadness and loss when they begin to notice the physical changes that accompany aging, no matter what age they are. This makeup artist decided that the best thing she could do for her 80-year-old grandmother was to do her makeup professionally for her.
This resulted in a change in the woman’s appearance that made her appear to be several decades younger.
Julia attributed the result to the application of a very thin layer of makeup on her face. She suggested that in order to achieve a similar outcome, one needs to be very precise and apply makeup right up to the edges. However, Julia also acknowledged the significance of genetics in determining facial features. She explained that she did not make any drastic changes to her appearance, but rather simply emphasized certain natural features through makeup application. Thus, genetics can play a vital role in determining the effectiveness of makeup application and the resultant outcome.
